Sydney Homeless Connect is a program designed to bring together people who are homeless and at risk of homelessness in Sydney's with the services and support that they need whilst providing them with a positive day they will remember. Our focus is ACTION and OUTCOMES on the day.

Originating in San Francisco, California, in 2004 with the support of San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom, the program is now operating in cities all over the globe. Project Homeless Connect has been in Australia for the past 2-3 years with the first day held in Brisbane and the most recent one in Perth in November 2009.

June 7th, 2011 will see the first Project Homeless Connect in Sydney and the much needed establishment of this ongoing program.
